Shift Mentorship

You are enough. And still you are allowed to want more.

You have built an incredible life for yourself. But somewhere along the way, you lost the spark that lit the fire in the first place.

You don’t need more to-do lists, and you certainly don’t need more information.

What you need is a space where no one is telling you to calm down or shrink your world—a space where you are allowed to actually expand.

Over 10 weeks, Shift is the bridge between your busy mind and your tired body. We step away from a wellness industry that tries to "fix" you, and a yoga world that constantly tells you to slow down.

This is about building the capacity for your system to settle, step into its natural rhythm, and actually feel alive again.

An intimate, live experience strictly limited to 6 committed people.

The body was never meant
to be managed by the mind.

You are a driven, passionate person. You’ve probably read all the books, gone to therapy, and tried to intellectually understand your stress. But you still cannot wrap your head around why your body doesn’t understand the language of your mind.

Most of us try to fix things from the top down—thinking, planning, and over-analyzing.

But biologically, 80% of nervous system signals travel up from the body to the brain. Only 20% go down. You simply cannot think your way into a new physical state.

Have you ever finally had a quiet moment, only for your mind to immediately start scanning for problems to solve or tasks to check off?

That isn't a flaw in your mindset—it’s just a hyper-alert nervous system that has forgotten how to safely land. When you're used to operating at high intensity, stillness can actually feel unsafe to a body stuck in survival mode.

You don't need to force yourself to be passive, wipe the slate clean, or do another "reset." But you do need to teach your physical system that it is safe to rest—whatever rest means in that moment—so you can hold your ambition without being consumed by it, and actually feel alive while living your life.

Why me?

Because I have been there.

Before I became a space holder (yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, sound healer, retreat host, you name it) I was working in 9-5. First several years in IT consulting—which was more like 7-10 than 9-5—and afterwards in food chemistry. A decade in work situations that demanded a lot of focused knowledge, patience and structure. All things I am not the best at and I ended up getting overwhelmed and overworked.

I quit my job and started entrepreneurship as a yoga teacher. From one day to the other. At first I felt lighter and more at peace. I had found something that I actually really enjoyed doing. I had found my passion.

But you know what?

You cannot just quit your job and think everything will turn out to the better. That all of a sudden you’ll be happy, healthy, alive. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work like this, when you’ve run your system down. A change in circumstances, be it a new job, a new place to live, a new group of friends, will induce a short term fix but it won’t go all the way to the core. Because all the way at the core is your nervous system. And your nervous system learns by experience.

My system had learned to work on overdrive. My nervous system had already created patterns. An email from my boss was a threat, constant overworking and doing became my safety net, overthinking was more comfortable than making a decision.

And that didn’t just go away by leaving my old job. I had to learn to trust again. I had to learn that stillness, taking a pause is safe. But most importantly, I had to learn that the rest I was taking, wasn’t true rest.

So I dedicated the past years to learn about my system. I have gathered so much knowledge and constantly learning tools and ways to feel safe, to feel joy, and to basically allow myself to live life to the fullest.

I know how it feels to love what you do and still not feel content. To still feel like something is missing, to still feel stressed and overwhelmed. Because if you don’t know how to fuel your passion and your drive, you will feel depleted even when you physically rest after a long exhausting day.

The Method: RIKAS

Rikas is the Finnish word for rich or richness.

This is a step-by-step framework to get you out of chronic overdrive and into a life that actually feels rich, steady, and alive.

R – Ready, Set, Go! (Weeks 1–2)

  • How to feel ready, be ready, and move forward.

We look at your nervous system through Polyvagal science to map your body's safety signals, getting you out of hesitation so you can move forward with solid ground beneath you.

I – Imagine Feeling Free (Weeks 3–4)

  • What needs to stay, and what needs to go.

An honest audit of your physical and mental environment. We use active movement and targeted breathwork to release the trapped physical tension holding you back.

K – Key to Finding True Rest (Weeks 5–6)

  • How to rest and recharge every day.

Moving past the idea that rest just means lying on the couch. We look at the 7 types of rest so you learn how to recharge your batteries in ways that actually restore your energy.

A – Anti-Anti-Stress Management (Weeks 7–8)

  • What stress actually is and how to use it.

We skip the generic wellness advice that tells you to avoid stress entirely. Instead, using the Finnish practice of temperature contrasts (heat and cold), we learn how to handle intensity, build resilience, and hold your capacity under pressure.

S – Spread Your Wings (Weeks 9–10)

  • Bringing joy and expansion back into daily life.

Bringing it all together. Through open communication, creative expression, and movement, you step back into your life fully grounded, confident, and clear.

This isn't a traditional yoga program.

To make a real change, you need to know where you're starting from. Here is how we do it:

  • Yoga & Breathwork: We will practice movement and breath, but not to copy shapes or look flexible. We use physical practice to feel what is happening in the body and learn how to expand into it—both physically, mentally and emotionally.

  • Nervous System Capacity: We work directly with your biology and its stress responses. This isn't about avoiding stress or retreating from your life—it’s about building the stamina to handle it. You get to understand how your system reacts under pressure so you can handle busy days without feeling completely overwhelmed.

  • Speaking It Out Loud: We stop pretending everything is fine. Through honest group reflection, you’ll track what you're actually feeling and practice speaking it out loud. You learn to take up space here so you can take up space in your life.

  • Real-World Integration: We aren't building a fake wellness bubble. It’s easy to feel calm on a meditation cushion; the real test is keeping that steady energy alive while answering emails, handling daily noise, or going into that difficult conversation.

If you're ready to stop trying to manage your body with an overworked mind, and ready to trust your biology to support your life—your spot is waiting.
