Why I’m here

(and why you might be too):

There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to rest. There is not a single solution to make you feel good in your body.

Otherwise you’d already be there?

You are passionate and driven, or at least used to be, but lately you have been feeling like everything is too much. The work you once loved, now feels overwhelming. Every day feels like another obstacle to conquer.

I know the feeling, I’ve been there.

Some days feel light, like you are back to your old self, pushing through the days with ease and commitment.

Some days feel like you’ve already lifted so much weight and the workload doesn’t seem to stop flooding in.

I’ve spent years learning the science and the mechanics of how our body and nervous system work.

There have been times where everything seemed to work out and my life took a turn. And the next day everything was falling apart again.

Because there was one thing missing. I didn’t connect body and mind. We spend so much time in our heads all day, and on top of that we try to intellectualize our body. I know, to a certain degree we need it. I did too.

But there is other ways, easier ways.

And I want to share these ways that actually help when life gets overwhelming.

I want to share that inner work doesn’t have to be just that: work.

This place is for you, the driven, the passionate, the one who might have lost the spark somewhere down the road, to be held by someone who has done the inner work (it never truly stops) and who feels comfortable being your anchor, to hold you when you cannot and do not want to hold yourself.

The Softening

14 days of slowing down

This is for when you just need to lower the volume. It’s a very simple, easily suitable for everyday life program: 14 minutes a day for 14 days. We use basic breathing, gentle movement, and a bit of reflection. No complex theories or deep dives—just a daily habit to help you feel a bit more grounded and less reactive.

10 weeks journey to retune

This is for when you’re ready to look closer at how your system works. Over 10 weeks, we go deep into the mechanics of the nervous system and the biology of stress. We use my specific RIKAS method* to move past the surface-level relaxation and create actual, lasting change in how you handle daily life. And no, you won’t feel overwhelmed by once again too much information, I’ll make sure of that.

*The RIKAS method is an integrated approach to regulation. It bridges the gap between ancient Finnish wisdom, the science of the breath, and the clinical foundations of Polyvagal Theory. It is a trauma-responsive framework designed to move you out of intellectualizing your stress and into the actual experience of safety.
