Booking Conditions

By submitting the registration form you make a binding booking, that is subject to change by rikasyoga, if for the selected room type availability is not given.

You will receive all details for payment in your confirmation mail.

Pricing*

We offer the following option:

Twin Room with shared double bed: 1600€
This room has its own bathroom.

Double Room with single bed: 1500€

Please note: all rooms are mixed gender. You can always request otherwise and we see what we can do.

What's included in the pricing?

All yoga classes, different workshops, group activities, 3 meals a day and facilities of our home such as the wood-fired sauna. Additionally we will provide non alcohol beverages (water, tea, coffee) and snacks during the day.

Any travel or personal expenses you might have.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We require a deposit payment to secure your spot of 30%.

The remaining 70% will be due 30 days before arrival. Otherwise your spot will be opened for other participants.

If you need to cancel your retreat, cancellation fees will apply as described below. Any notice of cancellation must be provided in writing.

Deposit refund policy

  • deposit is non-refundable.

Remaining balance policy

  • remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date (08.02.2025).

  • if paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance (price deducted by deposit) is available up to 30 days before your retreat start date.

  • if you cancel less than 30 days before your retreat start date remaining balance is not refundable.

Health & Safety

We take your safety and well-being very seriously. However, you are ultimately responsible for your safety. To avoid possibly dangerous situations, it is extremely important that you obey any rules and regulations imposed by us and instructions given by us. We do not have a doctor or medical assistant at the retreat.

We reserve the right to prohibit any participant from continuing on a trip with no right of refund if, in our opinion, that participants actions pose a threat to the safety of them, others, or to the wildlife and nature, or if that participants actions or behaviors are seriously jeopardizing the enjoyment of the trip for others. 

Note: please ensure your health insurance covers travels to EU.

Photos, Videos
& Content Creation

In the course of participation in this Retreat, photos or video may be taken by participants, guides and professional photographers. These images may be used in any promotional materials, website, all social media platforms (i.e. Instagram), etc., unless participant specifically request to the photographer or in writing to us, to not use any material your image is depicted in. Otherwise, permission is granted to rikasyoga (and all other hosts and guest facilitators) to perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.
