A 10-week online container to understand your body’s signals and to be finally able to feel that natural drive again during a full, demanding day.
This is for you the driven, passionate person who has maybe read all the books, gone to therapy, tried to intellectually understand your stress but still feel like something is missing. Like your body doesn’t understand the language of your mind.
In this program we learn to not just understand what to feel but
actually feel it.
The body was never meant
to be managed by the mind.
Most people try to fix their life top-down. Starting in the mind, thinking, re-thinking, planning, understanding. But did you know that 80% of the signals our nervous system reads come from the body up and just 20% from the mind downward?
We cannot think our way out of problem, situation, feeling. And that is a fact.
What we need to do instead is get into the body and feel through it.
The challenge—especially for those of us used to high output—is safety. To feel safe enough to allow for stillness, for "nothingness," for The Pause.
Have you ever had a quiet moment to yourself and immediately started scanning for things to do, problems to solve, or actions to take? That isn't a lack of discipline, it is your nervous system telling you it doesn't feel safe enough to stop. It’s staying in "high-performance mode" even when the day is done. Because let us be honest, the day is never really done when we love what we do and could keep on doing and creating.
In this program, we will reprogram what your nervous system connects with safety, we will practice mindfulness, and understand why it is important to begin with the body not the mind. We do this in a small group of maximum 6 people to be able to give you the support, you deserve.
The Focus: We dive deep into the science of the breath, mindfulness (the kind you use out in the world—with your partner, your team, and your kids—not just on a meditation cushion), and functional, releasing movement (not just yoga asana).
This is a blend of Finnish wisdom, yogic tradition, and science-backed tools. It is true nervous system regulation: not the generic "slowing down" you find on the internet, but the kind that actually helps and keeps your passion and drive nourished.
In short: this is a 10-week container to stop managing the body by using the mind and to start learning to trust that the body is our home with all its in-built automatic processes to keep us healthy, alive and driven, if we give it the right signals to work with.
This is The Pause not The Reset, because a nervous system cannot be reset, it does what it is conditioned to do, until it feels safe enough to learn new patterns to move on. And for a system used to chaos, safety won’t feel like quiet at first.

Why me?
Because I have been there.
Before I became a space holder (yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, sound healer, retreat host, you name it) I was working in 9-5. First several years in IT consulting—which was more like 7-10 than 9-5—and afterwards in food chemistry. A decade in work situations that demanded a lot of focused knowledge, patience and structure. All things I am not the best at and I ended up getting overwhelmed and overworked.
I quit my job and started entrepreneurship as a yoga teacher. From one day to the other. At first I felt lighter and more at peace. I had found something that I actually really enjoyed doing. I had found my passion.
But you know what?
You cannot just quit your job and think everything will turn out to the better. That all of a sudden you’ll be happy, healthy, alive. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work like this, when you’ve run your system down. A change in circumstances, be it a new job, a new place to live, a new group of friends, will induce a short term fix but it won’t go all the way to the core. Because all the way at the core is your nervous system. And your nervous system learns by experience.
My system had learned to work on overdrive. Leading to depression and burn out. My nervous system had already created patterns. An email from my boss was a threat, constant overworking and doing became my safety net, overthinking was more comfortable than making a decision.
And that didn’t just go away by leaving my old job. I had to learn to trust again. I had to learn that stillness, taking a pause is safe. But most importantly, I had to learn that the rest I was taking, wasn’t true rest.
And I did. I am still learning. But over the past years, I have gathered so much knowledge and constantly learning tools and ways to feel safe, to feel joy, and to basically allow myself to take a step and take a break.
I know how it feels to love what you do and still not be content. To still feel like something is missing, to still feel stressed and overwhelmed. Because if you don’t know how to fuel your passion and your drive, you will feel depleted even when you rest after a long day.

A live session where we will practice and integrate tools to help our nervous system feel safe, there is also time to share (if you want!!). It is your 90 minute window for the week to commit to yourself and pause
Two short, pre-recorded videos, where you will learn about the biology of the body (don’t be scared, it will be easy to digest, not a lecture)
One pre-recorded video, where you will get to know a practice that you can repeat for yourself (over and over again!)
A chapter in the practice booklet (you’ll receive a paper copy!) with all the important information of that week and additional practices and questions to go a step deeper throughout the week
You’ll have access to all practices and videos in the on-demand platform. Live sessions will not be recorded to have an intimate space where you can share freely. I know, life sometimes gets in the way, but this is your time, for yourself. Commitment is the first step to change.

Each week we have live session call on Sunday at 5 PM CET / 11 AM EDT that lasts one and half hours.
The other practice and knowledge videos will take you around 60 minutes in total, the deep dives in the practice book up to 60 minutes per chapter. So if you break it down to the week you’ll need around 15 minutes per day.

If you put in the work, and allow yourself to fully surrender, you’ll be equipped with nervous system tools that will support every day life decisions, give you more confidence and trust in yourself and your body’s abilities, and be more present with your loved ones and life in general.

We start August 1st with an Intro call (30 minutes) at 6 PM CET/ 12 AM EDT/9 AM PST and have our last integration call on October 12th.
We meet every Sunday at 5 PM CET/11 AM EDT/8 AM PST for one and a half hours. The rest of the week you can choose for yourself, when you want to “complete” your videos and deep dives into the topic.
