  • Dynamic Hatha & Breath

    Hatha Flow is a yoga asana practice with more creative transitions than traditional Hatha Yoga, the postures are held for a longer period of time (5–10 breaths each) and the focus is on the breath through out the whole practice. At the end of each practice I guide you through a soothing breath practice into Savasana.

  • Hatha Flow

    Hatha Flow is a yoga asana practice with more creative transitions than traditional Hatha Yoga, the postures are held for a longer period of time (5–10 breaths each) and the focus is on the breath through out the whole practice.

  • Sound Bath

    This is a meditation using sound. The main instrument will be a set of Tibetan Singing Bowls to align the frequencies within your body. At the end of each practice other soothing instruments will guide you into a couple of moments of stillness.

  • Dynamic Hatha & Sound Savasana

At the end of each practice I guide you through a soothing Sound Savasana.
