  • “Midsummer at its best! This was a balanced and holistic experience. Versatile yoga classes and workshops combined with other activities that had a connection to midsummer and local traditions. We could fully take advantage of the beautiful weather we had – going swimming in nearby lakes and wander in the woods. Food was amazing. I’m not normally following a vegan diet, but fully enjoyed doing so during the retreat. Group size was optimal and the atmosphere including and safe. There were several instructors which was a big advantage compared with other retreats I have been to. This made classes varied and the possibility to personalize guidance good.”

  • „Ich selber habe Rikas Yoga Stunden sehr geliebt und genossen. Sie hat eine sehr ruhige Ausstrahlung und auch eine mega angenehme Stimme während ihrer Yoga Stunde. Ich persönlich habe kein Problem mit Körperberührungen und habe es sehr genossen, dass Rika Hilfestellungen gegeben hat oder einen „massiert“ hat während des Savasanas. Ich fand’s auch schön wie Rika allen Teilnehmern zu jeder Zeit ihres Kurses ihren eigenen Freiraum gewährt hat. Man merkt ihr auch die Passion und das Wissen an und es hat richtig Spaß gemacht von ihr in die unterschiedlichen Asanas geleitet zu werden. Nach dieser Woche musste und wollte ich unbedingt weitermachen und das nur wegen Rika und ihrer Art uns Yoga zu vermitteln. Ihre Erklärungen zum jeweiligen Part und wofür diese Übungen "gut" sind, aber auch ihre Hilfestellungen bei nicht korrekten Ausführungen haben mir super gefallen.
