Wisdom and traditions
What makes Finns the happiest people on Earth for the eighth time in a row? One key element is the concept of sisu. Sisu is the inner strength, determination and endurance that Finns put to light to get through challenging times with a smile on their face.
This concept can be seen as a muscle that needs to be trained. So that is exactly what this program is made for. To get comfortable with the uncomfortable. To learn to love the process and not the goal.
But Finnish culture also emphasizes slowing down and living intentionally. Connecting to nature and the natural cycles, being patient and trusting life’s timing. Finns find happiness in the present moment, free from any physical or mental clutter.

Yoga, Breathwork, Sound, and what inspires
Rika will provide her favorite practices in a way that she has found for herself to be supportive in her path to become the happiest version of herself yet.
These practices include yoga asana (Hatha and Yin), meditation, conscious breathing practices, working with sound that being instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi, Sansula, but also her very own voice, intuitive movement and other activities like dancing and journaling.
All practices invite you to take something with you into every day life, because Rika believes a practice is just movement, if you don’t integrate it.

This 5-week journey is designed for a small group of up to 4 people who feel ready to deeply explore their well-being. It’s a container for meaningful connection, where you’ll share your experiences and personal growth with an intimate group, all while receiving support and insights from others on a similar path. For five transformative weeks, you’ll be guided to dive into your inner world and reconnect with what truly matters to you.
Each week will include a 120 minute live focus session in your group.
