    Throughout this online journey, you’ll connect with each of the elements, for a balanced and immersive experience that transforms your perspective both holistically and profoundly.

    As you work with the elements, you’ll deepen your understanding of yourself, cultivate inner peace, and learn to use the natural energies around you to enhance your well-being and resilience. This journey will help you align more closely with the different elements within your body and around you bringing forth emotional healing and growth.

  • Wisdom and traditions

    What makes Finns the happiest people on Earth for the seventh time in a row? One key element is the concept of sisu. Sisu is the inner strength, determination and endurance that Finns put to light to get through challenging times with a smile on their face.

    This concept is like a muscle that needs to be trained. So that is exactly what this program is made for. To get comfortable with the uncomfortable.

    Rika has found for herself that happiness and the true Finnish bliss come from indulging into activities that bring joy. And challenging herself with those is the most effective way to train this little muscle called sisu without the need to be stressed about yet another struggle to go through.

  • Yoga, Breathwork, Sound, and more

    Rika will provide her favorite practices in a way that she has found for herself to be supportive in her path to become the happiest version of herself yet.

    These practices include yoga asana (Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin), meditation, conscious breathing practices, working with sound that being instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi, Sansula and more but also her very own voice, intuitive movement and other activities like dancing and journaling.

This awaits you inside the Group Experience:

This 5-week journey is designed for a small group of up to 8 people who feel ready to deeply explore their well-being. It’s a container for meaningful connection, where you’ll share your experiences and personal growth with an intimate group, all while receiving support and insights from others on a similar path. For five transformative weeks, you’ll be guided to dive into your inner world and reconnect with what truly matters to you.

Each week will include a 120 minute live focus session in your group.

All focus sessions consist of the following:

The practices change every week from yoga asana to breathwork and other activities to make it suitable for the topic of the session.
