Yoga Asana to connect to your compassionate self – 50 Minutes

Compassion can be a powerful tool for connecting to your inner Finn, especially when you consider how deeply embedded this value is in Finnish culture. Finland, with its long history of valuing solitude, nature, and mindfulness, has a profound respect for both personal well-being and the collective good. Compassion—toward yourself and others—can create a bridge to your deeper sense of connection with these values.

In this practice we are going to become aware of our bodies needs and maybe change the reaction on how we act upon the needs of our body. Oftentimes we tend to be super harsh and pushy with ourselves. So I invite you to ask yourself: how would you talk to a loved one in this same situation? Or how would you talk to your younger self?
