Breath & Sound for stillness within – 15 Minutes
Let us take a moment together to calm the mind, relax the body and find stillness within.
In this practice we use our breath to guide us into our body, to truly arrive for a moment. No thoughts, no todos, nowhere to be, just breathe.
And afterwards you surrender into the sound of Tibetan singing bowls. At first, these sounds might stir you, but in the end they wash over with some calm.
Allow your body to experience and acknowledge what is there to notice.
