SPECIAL: Blindfolded Yoga Asana – 30 Minutes

In this practice we explore many levels if the physical body. We focus fully on the sensations and feelings within and let go of the thoughts that limit us with judgement and observations.

This practice is for you if you either want to find trust within, let your intuition guide you or want to become aware of your body and its sensations.

You can use an eye mask, a scarf or simply close your eyes.

PLEASE: Find a space that is free from sharp objects or anything you could hurt yourself upon when falling over.
